There are imposters who are using our trademarked name and shipping from outside the Unites States. If your product is not shipped from the United States, it is NOT, Whey Delicious. All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage, a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately. In the rare event that you should receive a package from one of our carriers that is obviously damaged in delivery, please report to the carrier the damaged package and refuse delivery, then call us to inform us of the problem, and we will promptly ship you a replacement order.

Most of our products are food type items and therefore cannot be resoled. We ask that you please contact us by email for suggestions and recipes. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through our online shopping cart and Paypal as well as through telephone. For most orders, packages are shipped UPS ground or USPS ( This is determined by us. For some orders with large weight or quantity, we reserve the right to ship via freight truck.
Since we are based in Central New Jersey, most orders take 2 to 3 business days to arrive to eastern USA customers, though it can take longer to arrive.

We can ship all over the continental United States. We do NOT ship international. Shipping is a direct expense to our company. Each product has a weight and each shipping company charges by weight. In addition, every item in the box, from the biodegradable packaging material to the box and tape has a cost and all of these items are tied to the cost of petroleum.
